Paul D. Garrett, CPA
Paul is a director at HORNE where he provides quality oversight in Health Care Services. His work includes cost reporting and consulting services in all areas of health care including, but not limited to, hospitals, home health agencies, rural health clinics, outpatient rehabilitation facilities and skilled nursing facilities.
Paul joined HORNE in June 2001, after having been associated with Crowell, Hart and Company, Ltd. since 1989 where he served as vice president in charge of the health care division for eight years. He has more than 30 years of health care reimbursement and consulting experience.
Paul is a 1976 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
