Hugh J. Parker, Ph.D., CPA/ABV
Hugh serves as the Firm’s Executive Partner where he oversees operations in all 12 offices.
Hugh has more than 25 years of business valuation and litigation support experience. He has participated in numerous business valuation and litigation support engagements, including providing expert testimony. Valuation experience spans a broad spectrum of industries for purposes including estate and gift taxes, buy/sell agreements, marital dissolution, dissenting shareholder, planning for the purchase or sale of a business, mergers and acquisitions and purchase price allocation. Litigation support experience includes lost profits, economic damages, forensic accounting and accountants liability.
Hugh earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi and his doctorate from Oklahoma State University. He has earned the designation of Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Recognized by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as an outstanding Continuing Professional Education Instructor, he has taught continuing education courses across the country. Hugh is the author of numerous professional papers and several continuing professional education texts.
