Charla R. Rowley, CPA
Charla is a senior manager in Health Care at HORNE where she provides a variety of services to health care clients including assurance services, reimbursement consulting and other general advisory services.
Charla joined HORNE in June of 2001 as a part of a merger with Crowell, Hart & Company, Ltd., with whom she had worked since 1997. She worked as a CFO in the health care industry before joining Crowell, Hart.
Charla graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in May of 1994 and her Masters of Professional Accountancy in December of 1996.
