Since my start with the Firm, we have grown from one office and thirty people to four offices and one hundred fifty people. My role is strategic planning, profit maximization, ROI, people development and sustainable metric analysis. My experience owning several multi-unit, franchise restaurants, as well as my work at HORNE, has given me the perspective and know-how needed to help my clients achieve great success.

Within months of joining HORNE, I found a niche in which to invest my career that was far from typical. All of a sudden my "accounting life" revolved around food and labor cost and their effect on the bottom line. I began building relationships with Quick Service Restaurant franchisees all across the nation. Although we have grown into a large firm, I am proud to say we still focus on one client at a time.

Franchising has been my life for over twenty-five years. As a former multi-unit Domino’s Pizza franchisee and Franchise Operations Director, Franchise Consultant and Real Estate Manager for a large franchisor, I can relate to our clients’ financial, operational and emotional experiences. My goal is to provide our clients with positive franchising relationships with our company, and I extend my experience to them as they progress through their years of business. I currently provide business consulting, lease negotiation and acquisition assistance services, as well as real-estate assistance.

For twenty years, I have been involved with the franchise industry in many capacities, ranging from Franchise Consultant, Alternative Real Estate Developer to New Store Opener. I have been involved in over one hundred forty store openings in twelve states for two major franchisors. I strive to help franchisees use all the available tools, such as marketing, training and financial statements, to make sound business decisions.
